Well, for all that danger, nothing happend, nothing ever happens at all. Except that Tom and I did rather well at bridge tonight and earned ourselves eight club points, coming in fourth. And word got round that our top team absolutely blew it last weekend and managed to drop down to the regional league again. They lay well enough to not even show up last weekend and they still would have made it for next year. Losing all three fights 20:0 would have been sufficient. And what did they do? Went and blew it all. Nevertheless, I still had a great night out tonight, since a couple of pals and I sat untill just now, playing away, enjoying ourselves. If romance is lacking, games come in handy to fill the gap.
