Oh boy, I’m in trouble. First hang up with going official: the festive season. I have been told that I am to attend Christmas celebrations with his mum and auntie. One of whom I hardly know, the other not at all. In fact, I’ve been asked nicely, but nevertheless. What am I to do? On top, I work X-mas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. As per usual. Everyone wants to have time off work at Christmas and I don’t mind standing in. Saves me from being bored. As Christmas is not my cup of tea. If it passed you by when you were a child, you never really get the hang of it later on, I guess. Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to go along with it. As they have adjusted their timing to fit my working hours, already. After getting over the fact that I do work at all on such a day. The only thing that has been asked of me was to make sure to have a parcel for everyone to put underneath the tree. That’s where my trouble starts. Apart from the difficulty I have to get myself involved with yet another family. What does one give to complete strangers? I have no clue, none. Suggestions, anyone?

I’m sorry for you. Am sure that meant only half the attention you were due. However, I am sure, those ladies are way past the time to appreciate what I can do best: portraits. Maybe a little drawing, though… good suggestion anyways, thanks a lot.

I was born on Christmas eve. I dont’t like to celebrate. I take my walking boots for a long trip.
