Long day it was yesterday. Up at six, moving out of my place for the duration of the week, off to the office, followed by five hours of team competition bridge, dropping off guests at my place and back up north. Some 20 hrs all together. Today shall be easy in comparison. Just bridge, nothing much else. It is a truly international competition. Players from the Netherlands, the Czech Republik, Russia, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, America and even one guy from Australia are participating. The level is incredibly high. No idea why we even bothered to enroll. But it is great fun competing against top players. Hard work – they just don’t make mistakes, ever – but good fun.
