Is being organized a part of order and being orderly? If that is so, I am definitely not an orderly person. This email I received this morning, titled: incredible (and somewhat aggravating) coincidence “Hey l., I was introduced to the Ursus Wehrli book on Wednesday and just loved it. Ordered it on Thursday from Amazon and thought “I’ll get two right away, cuz this would be a perfect present for l.” (obviously thinking about some of your earlier blogs etc.). Thursday night I click on your blog as usual and . . . there it is AAAAAAHHHHH! But a funny coincidence too, don’t you think? Can’t wait to see you Tuesday! Love, K.” My reply: “Hi K., yes, it is incredible. AND the perfect present for me, as I thought to order it for myself. CU real soon l.”
So, this winter really is unusual. Christmas comes early. This little exchange made me three things: 1. happy. 2. aware, that I have no presents for anybody as of yet. Not even the faintest idea about what to get. 3. all fidgety, as I realize, that my little break is just around the corner. Three more days at the office and off I am. All of a sudden, I can’t wait to go…
