Please meet Adrienne Egger this week. Yet another young Austrian paintress, whose work I like. That’s the second find within two weeks (after Petra Kaindel). I don’t know what happened, but there seem to be many young paintresses with great talent out and about in my old country of origin. And my, oh my, they are beautiful women, themselves. But most I like their angle of looking at things. Sometimes in a very humourous way. Maybe that’s the way, the next generation does look at tradition and “the Austrian way”.
