Please meet Hiroshi Sato this week. The Japanese painter, who grew up in Tanzania and studied art in San Francisco, has something very Art Déco in his painting style. He seems to have a close eye on his surroundings, yet one only ever gets a glimpse from the outside. Somehow, he seems to be able to capture respect for privacy.
