Please meet Alice Brasser this week. She has a very colourful way about her. In a way, some of her work reminds me of impressionists of old, as her colour range often is quite off the object. And still transfers the mood, she wants to depict the object in, spot on. Also, her work on paper is very nice.
Oh, and did I mention, she is Dutch? The 52 year old resides in Haarlem and studied in the Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam during the 80ies.













I like these, a mix of peaceful and verdant and happy.
