Hallo lyart,
bei solchen Illuminationen hoffe ich immer, dass der dazu gehörige Strom aus eigener Solar-Energie oder anderen regenerativen Quellen bezogen wird.
Über Geschmack lässt sich wohl gut streiten. Einerseits wird geklagt über “Lichtverschmutzung”, andererseits sind in der dunklen Jahreszeit Aufheller auch willkommen.
Die kirchenjährliche Weihnachtszeit endet heute mit Lichtmess, Candlemas.

Oh, das wusste ich nicht, danke für den Hinweis. Unsere katholischen Nachbarn in Österreich räumten regelmäßig am 07.01. (nach Heilige 3 Könige) den Weihnachtsbaum ab. Weihnachten geht also bis Ende Januar, so so. Das wäre mir definitiv zu lange.
