Summer is here – time to heap in the first harvest of herbs. For potatoes and meats it is rosemary and marjoram. For my everyday beverage, which is herbal teas in wild combinations, it is lavernder, mint and mallows. The kitchen table and sideboard once again take stage as drying stations for the next couple of days.


Beautiful, what a great thing to have in store for the months to come. 🙂
