We get so uptight about what we eat. I stick with organics (sausages, red meat, butter, cheese, pasta, alcoholic beverages) and hope “clean” food is actually what matters. 🙂

Apparently quite funny, this empirical study does not account what English and Americans do eat and drink actually. As far as I am concerned, I like regional and local food and drink and integrate international kitchen and spirits.
Seasonal, this summer the cherry harvest in Franconia is amazing. While last year’s harvest was almost frozen, this year the cherry gardeners do overtime and deliver the finest fruits.
So, sometimes I like do speak or write a little English as well.
Being an American is very stressful.
